inward International is partnering with a prominent leader in the warehousing solutions sector, known for its state-of-the-art automation and advanced intralogistics capabilities. We are seeking dynamic Sales Managers dedicated to advancing the company’s growth by expanding its market presence and driving revenue across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead client acquisition efforts by generating and nurturing new business leads and building a strong, sustainable sales pipeline through proactive outreach and industry engagement.
  • Develop and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and fostering trust.
  • Collaborate with the internal teams to create and deliver compelling, tailored solutions that align with customer objectives.
  • Provide regular, comprehensive updates to the Director of Integrated Solutions on client interactions, pipeline status, and progress toward sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in selling complex automated solutions, ideally within the fields of conveyors, forklifts, AGVs, AS/RS, or other industrial automation systems.
  • Proven ability to establish new business, leveraging a network of industry contacts developed and maintained over time.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, combined with a deep understanding of the industrial automation market.
